Week 3 Progress

After working very hard for 3 weeks, I see difference in my body. I feel toned up and fitter.
But sad to say, we weight did not decrease, but I lost some inches.
  • Underarm: 1"
  • Underbust: 2"
  • Waist: 1.4"
  • Hip: 1.5"
  • Bum: 1"
  • Left arm: 1.4"
  • Right arm: 1.4"
  • Left thigh: 1.5"
  • Right thigh: 1.2"
  • Left calf: 0.3"
  • Right calf: 0.2"
Hopefully I will reach my target real soon!

I need to work more on abs! Especially the lower part.
 
Those who had mocked at me before, I make sure you swallow back all your words!
