Consultation for Double Eyelids and Epicanthoplasty Surgery

 

Well, I went for a consultation for my eyes surgery!

Had decided to get the surgery done in Singapore instead of Bangkok because I cannot afford to stay in Bangkok for a straight 7 days.

Of course, it will be quite costly in Singapore, but for the sake of beautiful eyes, I will be able to part with the money :(

 

And Yayyyy, I will be doing the surgery in March.

I know it is still long, but I can't held to feel excited about it.

I am gonna have deeper and larger eyes with parallel eyelids.

After consideration for so long, I finally decided to go through the surgery!

I really hope that I can get the kind of eyes I always wanted :D

Can't wait!

Day 6 to summer body :)

Well, this post to way overdue! Had been kinda busy lately!
Haven been working our day 7 and day 8!
Rested for 2 days means have to work harder for the rest of the week!
Less than a month to Chinese New Year and I still look so bloated omg!
Sighs x 100!!!

It's time to take weight to see if there is any improvement!

Attended brother's Commissioning parade :D Although the weather was so freaking hot and we were all going crazy due to the travelling distance and perspiration, we are all so proud of him. (:

Day 5 to summer body :)

 

If you realised, I skipped Day 4 because I didn't workout at all for that day!

But I continued my weight loss programme the next day!

Cardio and my favourite Kickboxing!

I don't know what happened today that I kept forgetting my steps and my instructor find me so funny that he laugh out so loud during the class.

LOL embarrassing ZZZ

 

 

 

715 calories burned in 1 hour and 40 minutes!

Day 3 to summer body :)

Day 3!!!

Today I burnt an awesome amount of calories! 900 plus calories down, within 2.5hours! And I am aching all over!

You know you are going to feel super sore the next morning you wake up, but the feeling is great! Trust me! It only prove one thing - that you work your muscles!!!

Let's work harder towards our goal, to be able to dress in anything, and look good in everything, even naked!

Reason to be fit!

Day 2 to summer body :)

Sorry if this post really bored you, but the reason why I am posting is because I wanna keep track of my progress. To have something to account to, so I won't give up half way again. I am sick of starting over and over again!

Went gym again, but it is really getting boring. Cardio all the way, and will no classes. If there is a choice, I will rather go to classes like aerobics or kick boxing then to be accompanied by the machines!

Burned little calories today :( can't really have the energy to workout with machines for 2 hours straight.

But nevermind, burn more tomorrow :))

1ST DAY TO BODY FOR SUMMER!

 

Okay, I weight 65.1KG today. And I wanna shed a 10KG for my Krabi trip this coming May!

But I only have a few months left. Thus, must be super hardworking!

I went gymming for a straight 3 hours today and nearly died!

Private Training -> Cardio + Legs -> Energy Sculpting class

Woohoo! 

 

 

 

 

 

And after gym, I still managed to meet up with the girls!

 

 

 

Sorry, I look super chui again, cause after gym no makeup!

Girls, remember our date on next Tuesday!
